Day 17
Well, we didn't think this day would end. Some days it goes by fast and others very slow. The numbers didn't move. But at least they didn't drop any. He might need platelets tomorrow, but we'll see when the numbers comes in. We rode around today checking out our area on the northside of Atlanta. Still haven't found KC or Zaxby. Nor Krispy Kreme. Their all here, just got to drive to far. There's one place I want to drive around and maybe we'll do that tomorrow. We got a package today from our sister n law, Lisa. She teaches 2nd grade and she had her students make some get well cards for Lonnie. They are so cute and sweet. Lisa if ur reading this "Thank you" from both me and Lonnie. Ya'll have a good weekend....later

Hey Corky, Not been on in about 4 days. Having to let the nerves calm down in my arms from a big fibro-flareup. Yuck! But, compared to Lonnie I am Good! Glad he's able to sleep well and his numbers are staying up. Good you got a break too. Hope Lonnie keeps improving and things keep going good for you both. Think of you two & pray for you everyday. Guess what? I got my disability approved..first time I tried. Took 6 mos. and didn't have to get a lawyer or anything. They said I can still work partime if I don't go over 1,000. a month. Don't know how long I'll hold out, but I 'll keep trying as long as I can so I'm moving more and getting out some. I'm sooo much weaker than when I was able to do more. I've not told anyone on FB yet..hate to announce it to the world. Keep your chin up there and I'll still be pulling for you! Lots of love & Hugs! And give Lonnie part of that! LOL! Renee'
